Thick cream for vermicelli cake with sour cream

Delicious and delicate cream of sour cream and vermicelli! This cream successfully replaced the more traditional cream of condensed milk with butter, from fatty sour cream with sugar, and if she hadn't confessed, no one at home would still know. Suitable for impregnation of any cakes, as well as for marshmallow cake. I still haven't dared to put this recipe on the website, but it has helped me out so many times that it's just a sin not to share. Maybe he will help someone too.

Cooking time: 40 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Cook the vermicelli according to the usual scheme, let it stand under the lid so that it swells, drain the remaining water (let it drain well and cool down. It is not necessary to wash it off.)

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

In a high glass for whipping cocktails, mix sour cream, sugar, vermicelli and vanilla sugar (to taste).

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Beat the mass with an immersion blender.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Until the uniformity of baby puree.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

I can't say about the proportions - sometimes you need a very thick cream, and sometimes not. I focus on its density and add the missing along the way.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

If desired, the cream can be filtered through a sieve, but I do not do this (it turns out homogeneous.) According to the recipe, you can drive fruit puree (bananas, strawberries or kiwi into the homemade cream.)
