So, we take sunflower seeds. We wash them thoroughly. Dry and fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan. After that, we grind them with a meat grinder. You can do this in the blender. Then we take a saucepan and pour flour into it. Constantly stirring, we heat it to red. Add flour to the seeds. Mix and pass them through a meat grinder several times. Then we prepare the syrup. To do this, take sugar. Pour the sugar with hot water. Bring everything to a boil. Cook until the water stops being felt. The foam must be constantly removed. After removing the syrup from the fire, add sunflower oil to it. Stir and put the seeds. We also interfere, but quickly. And we transfer it to the mold. We put it in the refrigerator overnight under the press. Bon appetit!
