To do this, I pour 0.5 liters of water into a saucepan and put it on the stove. As soon as the water starts to boil, I thoroughly wash the rice, pour it into boiling water and cook for about 5-8 minutes. Then I put the rice in a colander or sieve. I wait until all the water runs out, and then I put the cooked rice in a saucepan, pour the pre-boiled milk into it, to which I added salt and mixed it well. After that, stirring, I cook the porridge on low heat for about 15 minutes, after that I add sugar, stir. In another larger pot, I pour water and put it on the stove, as soon as the water in it boils, I put a pot of rice on it and cook it, that is, I evaporate it for 10-15 minutes in a water bath. When the porridge becomes thick, you can put it on deep plates or in bowls. When serving, you can put 1 teaspoon of butter in each bowl. I usually make such excellent food for children for breakfast. Try it, you won't regret it. If you exclude sugar and butter, it will be a good dinner for those who lose weight.
