Even 5 years ago, I thought that such food as jam could be made exclusively from fruits or berries. But you and I know that this is far from the case. Jam is also prepared from vegetables and melons, but unfortunately, we know much less of such culinary recipes. And now I would like to share with you the tricks of making jam from zucchini with oranges, so that you know how to turn vegetables into sweetness. To begin with, wash the zucchini and peel it, take out the seeds, rinse well again. Now we cut the vegetable into small cubes and pass it through a meat grinder or grind it in a food processor. Now I thoroughly wash the oranges, the number of which you determine yourself, but do not overdo it. Now we pass citrus fruits through a meat grinder. After that, add oranges and granulated sugar to the rolled zucchini. Then we leave the mass to dissolve the sugar. We put a saucepan with the contents on the fire and bring our jam to a boil, cook for an hour and a half. When the jam is cooked and cooled, pour it into sterilized jars and close the lids.
