Pink salmon milk soup

Please the whole family with a delicious, fragrant soup! Dairy fish soups are one of the most interesting culinary topics. Such an unexpected combination is very popular with fishermen and if I come across a culinary recipe for another fish soup with milk, I immediately rush to try it out. This happened about a month ago, when I listened to an interesting program on the radio about the habits of various fish. Milk soup from pink salmon bul is immediately cooked, served to the table and eaten to everyone's delight.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min
I fill a saucepan with water, add salt to it and bring it to a boil. At this time, I clean the fish, which I put in the same saucepan and bring the brew to a boil again. After that, it's the turn of milk: I pour it into the soup, which I cook until the fish is cooked. I add a piece of butter to the finished soup. The food is simple and without any special frills, but its taste does not leave anyone indifferent. Whoever tries it is surprised and does not believe that pink salmon milk soup is prepared so easily.
