So, today we have meatballs, which can be prepared in just 15 minutes. Finely chopped onion fry in a few tablespoons of oil until golden brown. And then mash the potatoes, moisten the flour with water. Now - mix all the ingredients, including both minced meat, season it all to taste with salt, as well as white pepper. And, if you want, add crushed Jamaican pepper here.

Form two spoons of minced meat into fairly large round balls. We will put them on a board, which must be sprinkled with flour – so that our balls do not stick. Fry them in butter, making a slow flame.
And now it's the turn of the cream sauce, which we will prepare from 100 ml of cream, to which we will add 200 ml of meat broth or boiling water, 1 tbsp of white flour, Chinese soy sauce and salt and white pepper.

Heat the broth in a saucepan (you can pour boiling water). Add cream there and thicken with flour if desired. Season it all with salt and pepper. The sauce is ready!
Serves meatballs on the table with sauce. As a side dish, you can cook potatoes, add lettuce leaves.
