Okroshka salad with walnuts

Okroshka will become extremely tasty and spicy if you add nuts! Today I offer you, dear housewives, an extremely interesting and amazingly delicious recipe for a traditional Russian dish — okroshka, but not in its traditional version, but in the form of a salad. I will also immediately note that, unlike the classic okroshka, there is no sausage in this culinary recipe, so it can be safely attributed to vegetarian dishes. But there are walnuts here, which make this dish quite satisfying. It takes very little time to prepare it, and what could be better on a hot summer day.

To start well beat sour cream or yogurt with a mixer or whisk. In the resulting mass, add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper if desired. We put it in the refrigerator for an hour (you can even more).
Meanwhile, cut the cucumber (I like large slices) and radish (you can rub it on a grater). Nuts need to be ground.
When the okroshka has cooled enough, mix sour cream with walnuts. Put a little sliced cucumber and radish in each serving plate and pour sour cream sauce. If desired, the Okroshka salad can be sprinkled with chopped herbs
