It tastes like an ordinary cabbage stalk, but sweeter and juicier. Kohlrabi contains vitamins B1, B2, PP, and in terms of ascorbic acid content, these kachans surpass even lemons and oranges (90 mg of vitamin C in 100 g of fruit).
