  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

The ingredients we need. To make the whole cooking process take as little time as possible, I advise you to get two saucepans first, one large - we will cook pasta in it, the second small - we will cook broccoli in it. We fill each saucepan with water and send it to the fire. As soon as the water boils in a large saucepan, salt it thoroughly and pour in the pasta and cook until al dente, or to put it more simply, do not overcook the pasta!

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

We disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Boil in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Finely chop the white part of the green onion.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add the chopped onion (you can also add a crushed garlic clove if desired) and fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Add chopped ham to the onion. Stir, fry for 2 minutes.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

And add the boiled broccoli inflorescences. Fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Pour in cream and from 0.5 tbsp. to 1 tbsp. broth from pasta (choose the amount of liquid from pasta to your taste, but there should be a lot of sauce so that the pasta does not turn out dry). Bring the sauce to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Add chopped fresh basil leaves and a handful of grated cheese (preferably parmesan) to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes and remove the sauce from the heat.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Mix the boiled pasta with the resulting sauce, warm it on fire for 1 minute and you can serve.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

    Bon appetit!
