Milk puree with cauliflower cheese

A dietary, low-calorie alternative to mashed potatoes! The dish is dietary, low-calorie, and the puree-like mass allows you to maintain a feeling of satiety for a long time, since digestion takes quite a long time. And it tastes like mashed potatoes. This is a good replacement for those who love potatoes, but cannot afford such a luxury :-)
