After that, we cook the syrup from water and sugar. Now we continue to beat our mass and gradually, little by little, pour in the ready-made hot sugar syrup. After all the syrup is mixed in our mass, beat the whole mass for about 2-3 minutes. After that, carefully apply the resulting glaze to the finished cupcakes or cakes.
