Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

1. We wash the beef fillet, dry it slightly and cut the meat into cubes, preferably so that all the ingredients are approximately the same size. Preheat the pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the meat until cooked. We transfer the finished meat to a dish.
2. Next, fry the chopped mushrooms in a frying pan, the liquid should evaporate and the mushrooms become golden in color. If necessary, pour the oil into the pan. Ready-made mushrooms are transferred to the meat.
3. Cut the onion into half rings and pass it. We peel the Bulgarian pepper from the seeds and cut it into cubes and fry it a little with onions. We shift the finished ingredients into a common dish.
4. Put a pot of water on the fire, bring it to a boil and add salt. Cook noodles, stir occasionally. As soon as the noodles become soft, we put them in a sieve and rinse them under water. Let the excess liquid drain.
5. Cut fresh cucumbers into strips. We put noodles and cucumbers in a dish, salt and pepper to taste. Carefully mix all the ingredients, season with sesame oil, soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Spread on a plate and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
