Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 20 min

1. Squeeze orange and lemon juice on a juicer. Soak the gelatin in it and leave it to swell for 15 minutes.
2. Grate the remaining orange and lemon zest on a fine grater.
3. Pour the juice with gelatin into a saucepan and pour out the zest and sugar.
4. Put on a slow fire and heat, stirring occasionally, until the gelatin and sugar dissolve.
5. Now it remains to strain through a fine sieve or gauze. Pour the finished mass into molds, as soon as it cools down a little, put it in the refrigerator.
6. Before serving, take the candy out of the molds and sprinkle with sugar.
