No festive table can do without such a salad! My family asks me to prepare this salad for every holiday. It is not difficult to cook it, the longest is to wait until our salad is soaked. It is eaten with a bang, so you need to do it more at once!

1. We put the beef fillet to boil first, since it takes longer than all the products to cook.
2. Wash the vegetables, pour cold water and cook over low heat. We do not cut off the tails from beets and carrots, so that the juice does not flow out of them when cooking. In a small saucepan, boil the eggs.
3. Cool the finished beef and cut into cubes. We peel the vegetables and rub them on separate plates on a grater.
4. Proceed to the assembly of the salad, lay out all the layers, smearing each layer with mayonnaise. We try to give the salad the shape of a hat. Alternate: the first layer is boiled beef, then potatoes, eggs, grated cheese, beets and carrots. Lubricate with mayonnaise, decorate with walnuts and pomegranate seeds. We put the salad in the refrigerator for impregnation for 8 hours, it is possible for the whole night.
