Gorloder of green tomatoes for winter

A spicy snack for the winter will make your dishes even tastier! We are talking about a loudmouth - a familiar snack for everyone. But my recipe is somewhat unusual, since I cook a gorloder from green tomatoes (I save unripe fruits). It turns out pretty tasty! My husband prefers this recipe to the classic one and eats the green loudmouth first.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

1. Wash the tomatoes, peel the garlic and horseradish root, and also wash the dill.

2. Pass tomatoes, garlic, horseradish, dill and hot pepper through a meat grinder.

3. Pour sugar and salt into the resulting mass, mix.

4. Place the snack in sterile jars and screw with sterile lids (I do not sterilize the jars over steam, but in the microwave, but you can still in the oven).

Store the throat only in the refrigerator!

Tip: use cans with a small volume, for example 200-300 ml.

Supplement your favorite dishes with a snack, bon appetit!
