Boil buckwheat. Peel the onion and apple. Cut the onion into half rings, the apple into flat pieces. In a frying pan with a thick bottom, heat the olive oil, add the onion and apple. Fry on high heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly, then reduce the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes, continuing to stir. The passer is ready.
