Delicious tangerine jam with vanilla and cinnamon

Fragrant, festive, delicious, beautiful jam! I really like to cook in an unusual way and give culinary gifts to friends and family for New Year and Christmas, this is my tradition! Every year I invent something new in order to please friends and family, this year I decided to prepare gifts for the future and settled on tangerine jam, so unusual for our Russian latitudes)

Wash and peel the tangerines, remove the white streaks. Divide each tangerine into slices and cut into small pieces. Grate the zest, and then put it and the pieces of tangerines in a deep enameled saucepan. Pour the ingredients with 1 cup of water, close the lid and put on fire.

Cook for 40 minutes on low heat. After 30 minutes of cooking, add sugar, vanilla and cinnamon to taste to the container, keep on fire for another 10 minutes and let the contents cool. The cooled mass must be crushed with a blender to a puree-like mass, part of the mass can be left in pieces, so it looks very nice. Cook after boiling for another 2-3 minutes, pour the jam into jars, close the lids. Cool, pack beautifully, decorate with dried flowers or in any other way. That's all, you can give!
