Prepare a wide plate. In addition, you will need bumpers from a round shape, which is used for baking. The shape should not be too large, a couple of tens of centimeters in diameter will do. In the center we put a container with a diameter of about 10 cm, or a little less.

Cook the chicken for 30 minutes, counting from the moment when the water starts bubbling. Let the meat cool down, and then cut it into cubes. We form a ring from these cubes on a plate, which we then coat with mayonnaise.

Next in line, bell pepper. We cut out the middle of it, as is usually done, and then bake it in the oven. Pepper will reach the state we need in a couple of tens of minutes.

After baking, the pepper must be transferred to a bag, any sufficiently sealed. We tie the bag, count down five minutes, then take it out and strip the skin. The very flesh of the pepper is cut into cubes and spread on a ring of chicken.

The third step. We take the onion, cut, again, into cubes, and fry them in oil until they are covered with a golden crust. In the end, salt. We spread it on our ring, after waiting for it to cool down, smear it with mayonnaise.
Thoroughly boiled eggs are cooled and three. The ring is ready, we remove the sides and the dishes that served as an internal support for the ring. Cover the whole dish with mayonnaise, including the sides. Also, the sides are decorated with dill leaves, as well as the top and middle of the salad.

Peel the carrots, cut into thin ribbons, preferably with the help of a tool for peeling. Artistically we spread the dish with these ribbons. How many to put, it's up to you.

At the end, we cut red bell pepper into circles and, together with olives, we cover the salad with them. The recipe is completed, you can serve it on the table.
