Extremely delicious gravy! Easy to prepare! Oh, chicken again!! My household usually greets me with such exclamations in the kitchen when I really cook some kind of chicken meat for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I love not only thighs, chicken breasts and wings (by the way, my favorite raw materials for kebabs). My family also respects chicken gravy, which I make according to my own recipe.

So let's get started? This time I suggest cooking chicken gravy with mushrooms. Small champignons are suitable here. So, we will cut the chicken breast into slices – about 2x2 cm. Put them in a frying pan and put a little butter on them. In the same place we will put mushrooms, chopped into thin plates (or you can also finely chopped – like mashed potatoes), and finely chopped onion. As soon as the mixture boils, sprinkle it with a little flour, mix well and pour the broth here – so that the mixture covers a little. Let's cook our delicious dish for 20 minutes, no more. Sprinkle grated cheese well on top and bring to a boil. Delicious! It will go as gravy, and as a separate dish!
