Pumpkin seed pesto sauce

Delicious Italian sauce! Surprise your loved ones! . Culinary "experiments" I put on my relatives, and their gratitude for me is the best praise. I tried to cook everyone's favorite pesto with pumpkin seeds - mine were just delighted! It is prepared very quickly and easily. I use it as a pasta dressing, the kids just smear it on bread. This is a great sauce for vegetables, meat and fish.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 20 min

1. Wash the parsley and separate the leaves from the stem.
2. Fried pumpkin seeds are needed for the sauce. I fry them without oil for a few minutes.
3. Cut the peeled garlic in half.
4. Chop the prepared parsley, garlic and nuts in a blender.
5. Add grated cheese and olive oil to the mixture, mix well.
6. Add salt and pepper.
