So, boil broccoli in salt water. Cook for literally 5 minutes, leave to cool. We take the mushrooms and finely chop them. I take champignons, but in principle it is possible to take any pickled mushrooms. I advise you to take lightly pickled mushrooms and squeeze lemon juice on them (so that there is less vinegar). Mushrooms are salted, peppered, set aside. 
We cut ham and cucumber into strips.
Back to broccoli: we disassemble broccoli into inflorescences, you can cut it if you are confused by large pieces.
And mix everything: ham, cucumbers, broccoli and mushrooms. It is recommended to fill with mayonnaise strictly before serving. Bon appetit!
