A huge number of canned pineapples are on sale now. They can be either from whole fruits of the fruit, or from pieces. Of course, canned pineapple contains slightly less vitamins and nutrients than natural fruit. However, in canned form, it is very convenient to use it as decorations for desserts or add it to various salads and dishes. It can also be eaten as an independent product. After all, canned pineapple is a delicious and wonderful food in itself.

I offer you a recipe for a royal salad, one of the components of which is canned pineapples. To begin with, I take mushrooms, wash and clean them. Then I boil the mushroom caps in water with the addition of salt, vinegar and lemon. I cut boiled chicken, ready-made mushrooms and canned pineapples into small pieces. I mix mushrooms, pineapples, chicken and dill. I fill the salad with sauce, for which I make a mixture of mayonnaise, yogurt, ground black pepper and mustard. Everything, pineapple salad is ready!
