Cooking method

Cooking time: 25 min

I really like to cook a variety of squid food. My salads are especially successful. Recently, a friend suggested a recipe for a salad of squid with mushrooms and ham. It turned out to be a very unusual and delicious salad. We thoroughly wash the squid, remove the chords and remove the skin under a stream of water. Then put them in salted boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Make sure that the squid is not digested, otherwise they will turn into a piece of rubber. Let the squid cool down and cut them into strips. Fresh carrots are well washed, cleaned and grated on a coarse grater. Chop the onion head with a straw. The prepared vegetables are fried in a frying pan with heated olive oil until cooked. Pickled mushrooms and ham cut into strips. Mix all the components of the salad, add canned beans without liquid. Squid salad with mushrooms and ham is ready. Before serving, we fill the salad with mayonnaise to taste. Bon appetit!
