Potato soup with cheese

Diversify your diet with this delicious soup! This recipe was recommended to me by my very close friend about a year ago. After that, I regularly cook Cheese Paradise soup for my family, which is why I share this recipe with you. Such food is suitable not only for those who appreciate delicious and healthy food, but also for those who prefer vegetarianism.

First of all, bring to a boil 1.5 liters water, then add diced potatoes to it. Cook the sliced potatoes until half cooked. 
Finely chop the onion. Grate fresh carrots on a coarse grater. Mix onions with carrots. Heat the butter in a frying pan, then add onions and carrots to it. Fry the mixture until golden brown.
In a saucepan with potatoes, add toasted onions and carrots. Gradually add the processed cheese there (pre-cut it into small cubes for convenience).
At the end of cooking, salt and add herbs to taste, you can also add bay leaf and black allspice.
When serving, add boiled egg yolk to each serving. This soup will please your loved ones, they will remain well-fed and satisfied.
