    Carrots, onions, celery and zucchini cut into small cubes. Fry the vegetables together with red pepper and chopped garlic for 10 minutes.

    Add broth, tomatoes, tomatoes.pasta and beans.

Heat the olive oil over high heat. Cut carrots, onions, celery and zucchini into small cubes. Fry the vegetables together with red pepper and chopped garlic for 10 minutes, then pour in the broth, add finely chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and beans. When the broth boils, season with salt and pepper. Turn down the heat and cook for another 5 minutes. Crumble the basil into the soup and let it cool down a little.
Before serving, sprinkle the soup with grated cheese.
