Fried squash with garlic

You can serve patissons with sour cream and greens sauce. I used to try patissons only in pickled form. The mother-in-law sometimes closes them together with other vegetables. I've never cooked fresh ones myself. However, this summer I saw a couple of very beautiful yellow patissons in the store and decided to catch up. To prepare them for a start, I decided how often I cook zucchini - fry, pre-pan in flour. The taste is very similar to zucchini, but more dense and crispy.
