Fried sprouted soy

Cooking method

Cooking time: 25 min

1. Cut the onion into rather large half rings.
2. Preheat a frying pan, pour sesame oil into it, put ground red pepper, mix.
3. Add the chopped onion to the pan and mix well again. Add chopped garlic to the onion.
4. Add the sprouted soy to the vegetables.
5. Pour in the soy sauce, mix everything well. Close the lid for a few minutes.
6. Add mirin (or sugar).
7. Pour randomly chopped green onion feathers and pre-fried sesame seeds on top of the soy, mix.
8. Pour ground black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
9. If the sprouts have become soft, turn off the fire. The dish is ready.
