Fried squash in garlic batter

Delicious and juicy squash with a crispy crust! Quick and easy! I just love patissons and I have a lot of interesting dishes in my piggy bank. This recipe is one of my favorites, only I slightly upgraded it - added garlic) The patissons are delicious - fragrant and juicy, with a ruddy crust. And it's easy to cook.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

To start, mix flour and curry in a bowl. In a separate bowl, break the eggs, add salt and whisk.

Patissons wash and peel. If they are young and the skin is easily pierced, it can not be cleaned. Cut the squash into plates 1 cm thick.

Put a frying pan on the stove, heat the oil in it. Each plate of squash should be dipped in an egg, then rolled in flour and fried on both sides until golden brown.

Serve the squash to the table, decorated with fresh herbs. At this stage, I crush garlic in a garlic press, mix it with boiled water (1-2 tsp is enough) and pour the squash on top. You can do it differently - spread the fried squash on a wide dish and just squeeze garlic on top of them.

Bon appetit!
