Fried carp is a simple but very tasty dish. In Russia, this food was prepared on big holidays. And every self-respecting cook in a rich house knew the culinary recipe of this dish. We offer you to surprise your guests and cook fried carp for any celebration.

Freshly caught or store-bought carp to clean, remove bones, divide into portions. Then season the fish fillets with salt, pepper and roll in flour. After that, take a frying pan, heat it, melt the butter. It is necessary to fry carp on high heat from all sides, until an appetizing golden crispy crust appears.
Cut the prepared porcini mushrooms (mushrooms are also suitable) into thin slices. Then put them in a frying pan with melted butter. After 10 minutes, add a little water. Add salt to everything and close the pan with a lid. Simmer the mushrooms until tender.
Put the finished pieces of fried carp and mushrooms on a dish. It is better to serve hot, although fried carp and cold does not lose its excellent taste. Fried potatoes are suitable for garnish. Bon appetit!
