Somehow I wanted to cook fried pies with onion and egg quickly, but there was no time to do yeast dough, so I asked my husband to buy ready-made yeast dough in the store. As always, inattentive men will confuse everything. My husband didn't even have a clue that there are different types of dough. Therefore, after reading "Frozen dough" on the refrigerators, he took any. As a result, there was not yeast dough on my working kitchen table, but puff pastry. And I have already prepared the filling, I tell you that I wanted to fry the pies quickly. Here, it was not, I decided to bake them from puff pastry. It turned out not a bit worse. So I advise you to fry such pies. I called the culinary recipe "Fried pies with onion egg from puff pastry". First I prepared the filling for the pies. To do this, I boiled hard-boiled eggs. Then I cut them into cubes. I also cut the green onion feathers. I mixed everything, a little salt and added a little mayonnaise for the taste. I think that it will also turn out very tasty if you use ordinary onions instead of green onions. But do not put it raw, but fry it in oil in a frying pan. Then you don't need to add mayonnaise. After that, remove the finished puff pastry from the freezer. Defrost it. Carefully unfold it and cut it into rectangles or circles. Put the prepared filling in the center and wrap it like on pies. Fix the seam tightly. Put a frying pan on the stove. Pour vegetable oil, heat it up. After that, lay out the pies in turn with the seam down. Fry until golden brown. Bon appetit!
