When I was little, I always looked with interest at the fish stalls. Why? Because there, behind the glass, almost always lay a fish unknown to me with the name "Flounder". Then I was attracted to her by her different appearance from other fish. But Mom never bought flounder. I grew up, left my parents for another city to study at the university. One day, walking through the supermarket, I saw a fresh flounder on the counter and decided to definitely buy it and try to create some amazing food from it. To be honest, of all the variety of flounder dishes, I only like fried flounder, and it is about this culinary recipe that I will tell you. So, to begin with, peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings. Now wash the oranges, cut in half and squeeze the juice out of them with a juicer or manually. Now fry the prepared onion in a frying pan in oil. After that, we take the mass out of the pan. Now we take the fillet of flounder, add salt, pepper it and fry it in oil on both sides until golden brown. After that, add the onion and orange juice and simmer the fish until tender.
