When I don't know what to cook or just don't have time, I always use this recipe. Everyone loves this dish!

    How to quickly make pasta with minced meat in a frying pan? To prepare this dish, it is very convenient to use a non-stick frying pan. Heat the frying pan to a hot state and pour quite a bit of vegetable oil. Then put the minced meat in a hot frying pan and mash it with a wooden spatula. Fry the minced meat for 5-7 minutes.

    While the minced meat is frying, peel the onion and carrot. Rinse them in running water and chop - finely chop the onion with a sharp knife, and grate the carrots on a coarse or medium grater.

    Add chopped onions and carrots to the frying pan to the fried minced meat. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.

    Then pour the prepared pasta into the pan and add hot water. Add a little salt and spices to your taste. Stir and bring to a boil. Then cover with a lid and make the fire smaller. Simmer all together for 12-15 minutes until the pasta is ready. If all the water evaporates, and the pasta is damp, then you can add quite a bit more hot water to allow them to reach.

Even ordinary pasta can be cooked with a twist and served more appetising.
To prepare this dish, you can use absolutely any minced meat or even cold cuts. In any case, a delicious and satisfying dish will be obtained. And you can take any pasta - even horns, even shells or even spaghetti, as long as they are made of durum wheat. These will not boil and will remain dense and elastic in the finished dish.
To get a more piquant taste and aroma when stewing vegetables, you can add a little bell pepper, tomato or tomato paste.
When you put the hot dish on a plate, sprinkle the top with a little grated cheese. From hot pasta, it will immediately begin to melt and become stringy. We really like this moment.
