Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Chicken fillet (breast) cut into small pieces - the smaller the better, as the cutlets will come out more tender and juicier. If your chicken breast is frozen, then it needs to be thawed and dried beforehand.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Peel and finely chop the onion. It is better not to use purple onions, but white ones, so that the cutlets do not turn out with a bluish tinge.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

In a bowl of a suitable size, pour the chicken meat and onion, beat in the egg, add mayonnaise, add starch and salt. At this stage, you can also add seasonings to taste and chopped fresh dill.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Mix everything thoroughly with a fork. It turns out a watery minced meat.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Heat 2 tablespoons of refined vegetable oil in a frying pan for the first batch of cutlets. You do not need to pour more oil so that the cutlets do not come out greasy, plus they will still let the juice. When the oil is well heated, spread one tablespoon of minced meat, forming round cakes. Moderate heat Fry for 4-5 minutes until browning.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Turn the cutlets to the other side and fry for another 4-5 minutes until finally cooked. Chicken meat is cooked quickly - this is enough time for the cutlets to fry well. Additionally, they will not need to be extinguished. Before the next batch, add a couple more tablespoons of oil to the pan and warm it up. Use all the minced meat. I got three batches in a small frying pan.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

We put the cutlets on a plate. From the specified number of products, 8 medium-sized cutlets will come out.

Be sure to prepare this wonderful dish, which will not take much time either to prepare or to cook - it will take you 30 minutes in total. Such cutlets cannot but please you and your household.
