    For the marinade we will need: 70 ml soy sauce; 50 ml water; 2 garlic cloves; 3 tbsp vegetable oil; 1 cm piece of ginger root; 1 tbsp honey; 1 tbsp flour; 1 tsp curry; 1/2 tsp ground ginger and a pinch of ground black pepper.

    Cooking marinade. In a deep bowl, combine soy sauce, water, vegetable oil, honey, flour, garlic, curry, ground ginger (can be replaced with fresh) and ground black pepper.

    Mix everything well until smooth.

    To cook Thai chicken, we will need: 500 g chicken fillet; 1 large red bell pepper and 1 tbsp vegetable oil.

    Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into longitudinal cubes.

    Put chicken meat in a bowl with marinade, mix.

    Leave to marinate for 40 minutes.

    Peel the bell pepper from the seeds and stalks and cut into cubes.

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add Bulgarian pepper. Fry for about 7 minutes until golden brown. Transfer the pepper to a plate.

    Lay out the chicken meat and, stirring, fry until golden brown.

    Add Bulgarian pepper to the meat and pour out the sauce in which the chicken was marinated.
