Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make pancakes with banana on kefir? Prepare the products. Take over—ripe bananas, which have dark spots on the peel - they are the sweetest. Peel the bananas, cut them into pieces and put them in a deep bowl. Add sugar.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Mash bananas in puree with a fork or punch with a blender until smooth. The products for making banana pancakes should be at room temperature, so take the chicken eggs and kefir out of the refrigerator in advance. Put a chicken egg in a bowl with bananas, add a pinch of salt. Beat the mass with a fork or mixer until a small foam appears.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Pour kefir into another bowl — it should be slightly warmer than room temperature. If you did not have time to take out the kefir in advance, then warm it up in a water bath. Add banana puree to this bowl and stir the mass well so that the ingredients disperse and mix.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Sift wheat flour to saturate it with oxygen — the pancakes will be more magnificent due to this. Start pouring it into a bowl with a liquid mixture. Add the flour in parts, kneading the mass well each time. At the same time with the flour, add baking powder. Stir the dough with a whisk.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream. Flour may require a little more or less than the amount specified in the ingredients, since each produces a different density of flour. If you want the pancakes to turn out very lush, then the dough should be made thicker. Leave the dough to stand at room temperature for a while.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Meanwhile, heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Spoon the dough into the pan, forming round pancakes.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Fry the pancakes until browned on both sides. To bake them inside, you can cover the pan with a lid for a couple of minutes. Remove the pancakes from the pan and serve to the table. With sour cream, jam or condensed milk. Bon appetit!

Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
