Step-by-step cooking

  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the ingredients. To make cheesecakes from the curd mass, we will need: curd mass (with raisins, dried apricots or ordinary vanilla without additives); flour and vegetable oil for frying.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Wash the raisins, pour boiling water and leave for 10-15 minutes to make the raisins swell and soften. Then drain the water from the raisins. I added raisins to the cheesecakes, since I had a curd mass without additives, but I wanted raisins. If you have a curd mass with raisins, you do not need to add it.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Put the curd mass and raisins in a bowl. You can also add sugar if the curd mass is not very sweet. I didn't add it so as not to over-sweeten the cheesecakes.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Sift the flour and add parts to the curd mass, stirring each time until smooth. Flour may need a little more or a little less depending on the moisture content of cottage cheese. Look at the consistency. The mass should stick to your hands slightly, just a little, but not be too tight and clogged with flour. If there is more flour than necessary, the cheesecakes will turn out too dense.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

From the resulting mass to form an even thick block.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Roll it in flour from all sides.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Cut the resulting bar into identical pieces. From each piece of dough to form smooth cheesecakes of the same size.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

    Roll each cheesecake in flour.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the cheesecakes on it from both sides for 3-5 minutes until a golden crust appears.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Serve cheesecakes with sour cream, honey or condensed milk. Enjoy your meal!

Curd mass is a popular dairy product containing cottage cheese. In addition, butter, sour cream or cream, sugar or condensed milk are added there. There is also a mass with raisins, dried apricots, cherries, vanilla or chocolate chips.

Production begins with the traditional production of cottage cheese by leavening. After the cottage cheese, which is familiar to everyone, is ready, it is supplemented with various additives, everything is thoroughly mixed in a special apparatus. Next, the mass is formed and packed. A quality product should contain cottage cheese, butter, cream and sugar. There should be no harmful additives in the form of flavors and dyes. Unscrupulous producers can replace high-quality butter with cheap and unhealthy palm oil.
