Pancakes with chicken liver

Cooking method

1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Fry the onion in oil until golden brown.
2. Pass the boiled liver through a meat grinder. Add to the onion and fry for 2 minutes, add salt. Then grind the liver mass in a food processor.
3. Beat eggs separately with sugar and salt. Pour milk and water, mix.
4. Add flour to the dough, stir until smooth. Pour vegetable oil, mix and fry the pancakes.
5. Wrap the liver filling in pancakes. Serve to the table with sour cream. Bon appetit!
