Tiger prawns clean leaving the head and tip of the tail. If desired, make part of the shrimp with the head part without, for example, I like without, and my husband really likes to sort out the head too! Take a skewer and BE SURE to remove the intestines!!!
Then mix in a plate: garlic passed through a press + 2 tbsp vegetable oil + herbs of Provence. In this mixture, we marinate our shrimp for at least an hour.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, put the ginger cut into rings, fry a little, and spread our shrimp, salt, fry on both sides.
Spread on a dish. Bon appetit!
