Beat eggs, add kefir. Mix everything together.
In a bowl with kefir-egg mixture, sift the flour with the addition of soda.
Knead the dough. It should be soft, not sticking to the hands.
Leave the dough to rest for half an hour.
Grate the cheese. Add the yolks and mix everything well.
Add any finely chopped greens. Mix it up.
Divide the dough into four parts.
Divide each part into two more unequal parts.
Roll out thin tortillas.
Put a quarter of the cheese filling on a larger diameter tortilla and distribute it evenly over the entire surface, slightly retreating from the edge.
Put a smaller tortilla on the filling and pinch the edges.
Put the khachapuri seam down in a greased frying pan and cook under a lid on low heat for 6-8 minutes.
Turn over the khachapuri and fry in a frying pan for 3-4 minutes already without a lid.
