Chicken hearts in a slow cooker with liver

A healthy dish with an amazing taste and aroma! I really love this recipe, because it's quick and easy to cook it, but it turns out... you'll lick your fingers! Serve with buckwheat porridge or pasta. I guarantee the dish turns out, well, very tasty!
