Chicken legs with blackcurrant sauce in the oven is one of the favorite culinary recipes of summer residents and I learned it, like most of these recipes, in a commuter train. As soon as the black currant ripens, you can try to cook this yummy. I cut each leg in two, and grind the currant with pepper and salt. It turns out a mass with which I rub every piece of chicken abundantly. Then I marinate - a layer of chicken, a layer of onion rings and leave for three hours at room temperature. I peel each piece from the blackcurrant mass and onion and bake in a preheated oven at a moderate temperature. During this time, I rub the carrot with a large grater. When the legs are browned in the oven, I put them in a large saucepan, on top - blackcurrant mass and onion from the marinade, the next layer - grated carrots, and after that - finely chopped tomato pulp, on top of everything - mushrooms, chopped with thin straws. Pepper-salt and carcass on low heat until all the products are ready. Ready chicken legs under blackcurrant sauce in the oven sprinkle with chopped celery and parsley.
