Every housewife has a favorite apple pie recipe. Apples are not just food, but also an opportunity to demonstrate your culinary skills and treat your friends to something unusual and memorable. My apple pie "Dream" is amazingly easy to prepare and will pleasantly surprise you with its delicate taste. To prepare, first take the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Rub the yolks with sugar, add to them softened butter, flour soda, quenched with lemon juice, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough, it will turn out quite soft. We will separate about 1/5 of it and put it in the refrigerator. We put the remaining dough in a greased form and smooth it out with our hands. Be sure to form a side of the dough with a height of at least 3-4 cm.

Now let's do the stuffing. For her, peel the apples and seeds and grate them on a coarse grater. Squeeze the juice a little and spread them on the dough. Beat the whites with powdered sugar until a strong foam forms and pour them over the apples. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and grate it on a coarse grater over the proteins, trying to distribute evenly over the entire surface of the pie. We will bake at a temperature of 175C for 50-60 minutes . The cooled cake is carefully transferred to a dish, the top can be sprinkled with powdered sugar, or you can leave it as it is.
