Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 min

First I make the syrup. And I'll make it with one glass of sugar and one glass of water. I add espresso powder. As soon as my coffee syrup is ready, I will carefully pour it into any convenient glassware and add my favorite condensed milk (a quarter cup). I really love the taste that vanilla gives, so I'll add a little vanilla extract (one teaspoon).. I mix the syrup that I got thoroughly.
Now I will need a blender in which I will grind the ice. If there is no blender, then you can take a kitchen hammer and crumble the ice with it. Now I'll take a ceramic mold and put the ice crumbs there. I shape a ball with a spoon, as if I'm making snowballs on a snowy day. Then pour the syrup into the molds and serve them to the table. If your guests want to have fun, then you can add a little coffee liqueur or vodka to this wonderful dessert (a maximum of one hundred grams). And your festive dinner is provided with fun and a great mood.
