Tomatoes stuffed with herbs, melted cheese and garlic

Super delicious combination of tomatoes, garlic and cheese is the perfect snack! Tomatoes stuffed with garlic and cheese are already excellent food in themselves, not only on weekdays, but also on holidays. Firstly, it is a great snack for vodka. Secondly, it is a good addition to any meat dish. But if you add a little imagination, you can cook a real work of art from tomatoes and put them on the table not only as a snack, but also as an ornament (to build baskets, for example). In general, this culinary recipe can be changed to your taste. Tomatoes are allowed to be cut into rings, spread on a platter, and put the filling on top. Or you can build small "barrels" out of them, cutting off the top and freeing it from the core. In this case, the inside of the tomatoes should be salted and peppered.

We rub the melted cheese on a fine grater and combine it with garlic passed through a garlic press. The resulting mass is diluted with mayonnaise so that a thick gruel is obtained. With this gruel we fill our tomato "barrels", decorating them with parsley or dill leaves on top. If you cover the tomatoes with previously cut tops, it will also turn out very nice. Cheese "barrels" are placed on a round flat dish lined with green salad leaves.
As I already mentioned, you can make "baskets" with ribbed edges from tomatoes, leaving them even a "handle" – this will make it even more appetizing, and the table will look more spectacular.
