Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

1. In a deep bowl, pour oatmeal flour, as well as the specified amount of almond flour.

2. Here we pour sugar and baking powder, add vanilla extract.

3. Break the chicken eggs, add Greek yogurt. Combine the ingredients with a blender or with a mixer.

4. The mass turned out to be homogeneous, but slightly runny. Therefore, we leave it for five to ten minutes, during which time it will thicken.

5. We send the frying pan to the fire. It is good if it is non-stick coated and has a thick bottom.

6. Lubricate the bottom of the pan with butter. Using a tablespoon, spread the dough into the pan. We do not place pancakes too often, we keep a distance.

7. Fry the pancakes until golden on both sides. After that, we transfer it to a flat dish.

Pancakes are completely ready to serve. But in order for the dish to be not only useful, but also interesting, we will prepare a highlight for it. Namely, caramelized pears. With them, pancakes will turn into a real restaurant dish!

So:

- my pears, cut out the core with seeds, remove the stems;

- cut pears into slices;

- heat the frying pan over high heat, spread the butter;

- we send pears to the frying pan, pour sugar;

- cook, stirring occasionally for 3-4 minutes, until the pears are soft and the sugar is caramelized.

In general, the cooking time will largely depend on the ripeness of the pears. Add lemon juice to the pears.

We serve pancakes on the table, supplemented with caramelized pears and Greek yogurt.

Eat with pleasure!
