You can take any ham that you like the most. But it is recommended to grind cheese and ham in small cubes. It is better to grate potatoes on a coarse grater, then there will be less juice. Draniki are well browned and do not burn in a non-stick frying pan. And for frying it is better to use refined sunflower oil.
