In this recipe, you can use bell peppers of any color, shape and size. The main thing is that the peppers are whole, beautiful, unspoiled, juicy. In principle, the meatier and juicier the bell pepper, the more delicious the dish turns out in the end.

Grilled pepper is a very popular hot snack in Western countries, but it is gaining popularity with us more and more every year. Cooking such peppers is pretty quick and easy. All you need for this is the pepper itself, a little olive oil and lime juice, as well as a pinch of sea salt.

Bulgarian pepper to begin with, thoroughly rinse under running water and dry on a paper towel. Then we put the peppers in a bowl and lubricate with olive oil. Mix well together so that each pepper is covered with oil. Next, add lime juice to give the dish a little piquant taste. Peppers, of course, we will cook whole. But especially large ones, in principle, can be cut lengthwise into several parts - in this case they should be lubricated with a mixture of oil and lime juice and from the inside.

Preparing the grill. You can also use an electric grill. When it warms up, we spread the pepper in small portions on the preheated grill so that each pepper is on the frying surface. Fry the pepper until bubbles begin to form on it and characteristic toasted strips appear on the frying side.

Then we put the fried peppers in a beautiful large dish, and we put a new batch of peppers on the grill again. Next, the grilled green peppers are sprinkled with sea salt to taste and served on the table.

That's how easy it is to prepare this snack. You can cook it for a friendly conversation ;)

Bon appetit!
