Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make juicy turkey cutlets with zucchini? Very simple! Start by preparing the necessary products according to the list. Turkey meat can be used from the breast or from the thigh. You can replace the turkey with chicken. You can use any vegetable oil suitable for frying. Butter should be at room temperature, so take it out of the refrigerator in advance.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut it into small pieces. I used a tender breast fillet.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Pass the fillet through a meat grinder or chop it in a blender. To shorten the cooking time, you can use ready-made minced meat.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Wash the squash and rub it with a brush. Grate on a fine grater together with the peel. Add a little salt to the zucchini and leave for 15 minutes to give the juice. Then drain the juice, squeeze the zucchini slightly.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Peel the onion and cut it into very small cubes. So that the onion is not felt at all in the cutlets, you can pass it through a meat grinder along with minced meat. However, in this case, the onion will let in a lot of moisture, and the minced meat may have to be slightly thickened with flour or semolina. If your child does not like onions, you can not add it to the cutlets at all.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Wash the parsley, shake off the moisture and chop finely. If desired, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, dill, cilantro, green onions or use a mixture of different herbs.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

In a bowl, combine the minced meat, onion and parsley. Add breadcrumbs and soft butter. Add salt and pepper to the mass and knead thoroughly. The egg in this recipe is not necessary, since the turkey fillet is tender, and the squash is quite juicy.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Add the grated zucchini to the minced meat and mix thoroughly again.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Form smooth round cutlets from the resulting minced meat. I have 8 cutlets from this amount of minced meat.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Put the finished cutlets on a plate and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!

Which zucchini will work best? Choose young fruits with tender skins. Wash them and peel them. It is not necessary to cut off a very thin skin. If you use more mature zucchini, cut off the rough peel and cut out the middle with the seeds.

Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).

Important! An incorrectly selected frying pan can ruin even the best recipe. All the details on how to choose the perfect frying pan for different dishes read here .
