Semolina pancakes

Very soft pancakes, easy to fold and do not tear. Semolina pancakes are a delicious addition to tea. For their preparation, it is recommended to use warm milk or water. In addition to wheat flour, semolina is added, so it takes at least 10 minutes for it to swell. Pancakes are fried in a dry frying pan, since vegetable oil is present in the dough. Semolina pancakes can be served with a sweet filling or with sauce. They can be wrapped in a classic filling of cottage cheese and raisins.
