Cutlets according to GOST

Delicious and hearty, correct according to GOST cutlets! Every person, probably, has ever been brought to dine in public catering places in his life, and it should be noted that in almost all canteens the cutlets taste the same. And everything is correct, because in normal catering organizations, dishes should be prepared in accordance with the standards, norms and rules set out in GOST, where there are requirements for raw materials, the composition of cutlets, cooking method, storage conditions and others. Despite such formality and seeming strictness, in fact, the preparation of cutlets according to GOST is not difficult at all, and many housewives, without even thinking about the standards, make cutlets according to all the rules set out in them.
